Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Glimnix. This policy sets out your rights and our process clearly, so there are no surprises if you need to return a product or request a refund.

Section 01

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days of confirmed payment, excluding UK public holidays. Once your order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled — only the return process below will apply.


Section 02

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided your order has not yet entered the dispatch process. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@glimnixrecovery.com or call +44 7853 870893.

If your cancellation request is received before your order has been dispatched and within the 12-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process below will apply.


Section 03

Returns

You have the right to return your product within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@glimnixrecovery.com. We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving the return address, as unauthorised returns may affect your eligibility for a refund.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase such as your order confirmation email or receipt.


Section 04

Return Address

All approved returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer support team at the time of return approval. Please do not return items to any other address, as this may result in the item being lost and your refund being declined. To obtain the return address, contact us at support@glimnixrecovery.com.


Section 05

Conditions for Return

The following conditions apply to all returns:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Personalised or custom-order items are not eligible for a return unless they are faulty or not as described.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Section 06

Who Pays for Return Postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the return postage cost is your responsibility. The specific fee will depend on the courier you choose.

If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect through our error, we will cover the cost of return postage. Please contact us before arranging the return so we can provide instructions.

No restocking fee will be charged for any return.


Section 07

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


Section 08

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card provider — there is often a processing period before refunds are posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Section 09

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or is not functioning as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.
