By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our Service.

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the physical product. We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at any time and in our sole discretion. All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

No buy-now-pay-later. We do not offer, and will not offer, any form of buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) payment at any stage. This includes, but is not limited to, Klarna, Clearpay, and PayPal Pay in 3. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase using one of the accepted methods listed above.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or delivery address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days of confirmed payment, excluding UK public holidays. Estimated delivery to UK addresses is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. This delivery window reflects our dropshipping fulfilment model and is disclosed proactively across all Glimnix product surfaces.

Estimated delivery timescales are provided in good faith and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing. For full delivery information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated into them by reference. You are entitled to return eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.

60-day no-quibble guarantee. In addition to the standard returns process, all Glimnix products are covered by a 60-day no-quibble guarantee. If at any point within 60 days of delivery you are not completely satisfied — for any reason, including if the device develops a fault — contact us once and we will process a full refund to your original payment method. No return of the device is required. The refund is initiated within 3 business days of your request, and your bank or card provider will credit it within a further 7–10 business days — standard card processing time, not additional delay on our part.

We are not responsible if information made available on this website is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more accurate, complete, or timely sources of information. Glimnix products, including the VerteSync Pro, are general consumer wellness devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary between users. The information provided on this website is for educational and general information purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

If you have a diagnosed spinal condition, disc herniation, spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, or are under medical care for back pain or any other health concern, please consult your GP or a qualified physiotherapist before use. Glimnix products are not suitable for use during pregnancy.

The VerteSync Pro is CE-certified to European safety standards and is classified as a general wellness device. It is not registered as an MHRA medical device.

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content in the following ways:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances.
• To infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of any party, including Glimnix.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or discriminate against any person.
• To submit false or misleading information to us.
• To upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other technology that may interfere with, damage, or disrupt the functionality of the website or associated services.
• To collect or track the personal information of others without their consent.
• To spam, phish, or engage in any other deceptive practice.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glimnix and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
