Shipping Policy

This page explains how and when we dispatch orders, what you can expect in terms of delivery timescales, and how to get in touch if something goes wrong. All orders are delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Section 01

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days of confirmed payment, excluding UK public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete, and a dispatch notification once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.


Section 02

Delivery Timescales

We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5 to 7 working days.

Please note that delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather, and customs processing for orders to Northern Ireland or remote UK addresses.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected delivery method. Any applicable rates will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order. Free delivery may be available for qualifying orders — this will be shown at checkout where applicable.


Section 04

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. If you have not received a dispatch notification within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@glimnixrecovery.com.


Section 05

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at or call +44 7853 870893. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an update as quickly as possible.


Section 06

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.


Section 07

Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@glimnixrecovery.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no cost to you.
