Returns & Guarantee

  • The guarantee covers mechanism delivery — whether the device delivers simultaneous heat, airbag spinal traction, and vibration massage as described. If the device does not perform these three stated functions within 14 days of purchase, a full refund is issued with no return inspection required and no forms to complete. It does not cover therapeutic outcome within 14 days — cumulative decompression benefit develops over weeks of consistent use, not within a two-week window.

  • The guarantee does not cover therapeutic outcome — whether your back pain has reduced within 14 days. Consistent decompression benefit is cumulative and registers across several weeks of regular use, not within a two-week window. The guarantee is structured around mechanism delivery because that is the only question that can be objectively answered in 14 days.

  • Contact us at support@glimnix.com within 14 days of purchase. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not return items without first contacting us — unauthorised returns may affect your eligibility for a refund. Once we receive the returned item, the refund is processed to your original payment method with no deductions.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, the refund is applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If you have not received it after 10 business days, check your statement, contact your card provider, and if the issue persists contact us at support@glimnix.com.

  • Yes — orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the dispatch process. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of confirmed payment. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@glimnix.com or call +44 7853 870893. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the returns process applies.

  • The Glimnix VerteSync Pro is a wearable lumbar decompression device that combines three mechanisms in a single session: airbag spinal traction, targeted heat therapy at 40–45°C, and vibration massage. All three operate simultaneously — not sequentially — during a 15-minute session. It is designed for desk-based professionals experiencing chronic lower back pain caused by sustained seated compression, and is used at home without requiring an appointment or professional supervision.

  • No. The Glimnix VerteSync Pro is a consumer wellness device. It is not classified as a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is not a substitute for medical assessment or treatment. If you have an acute spinal injury, a recent disc prolapse, or any condition involving structural spinal instability, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

  • The device is designed for desk-related chronic lower back compression in otherwise healthy adults — the accumulative daily compression produced by sustained seated work. It is not appropriate for acute injuries, recent disc prolapse, spinal structural instability, or pregnancy. If you are uncertain whether it is suitable for your condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

  • Physiotherapy provides guided decompression under professional supervision. For desk workers, its limitation is that results typically reverse within one to two weeks of stopping — because the daily compression source continues. The VerteSync Pro requires no appointment, no session cost, and is used daily at home, making consistent decompression sustainable where a physiotherapy course is not.

  • Yes. The device is wearable and compatible with desk activities. Most users integrate a 15-minute session during a lunch break, early morning, or immediately after the working day. It does not require stopping work entirely — though passive, undistracted use allows the three mechanisms to work more effectively than use during high-concentration tasks.

Using the Device

  • Position the device around your lower back so the airbag pad sits against the lumbar region. Connect to power via the included cable. Use the control interface to select your preferred settings — heat level, vibration intensity, and airbag pressure. For first-time use, start at a lower airbag pressure setting and increase gradually over subsequent sessions as the tissue adapts to traction. Full setup and operating instructions are included in the product packaging.

  • Each session is 15 to 20 minutes. Daily use is recommended — the compression that desk work produces is a daily event, and the response should match it. Using the device on weekdays only will produce partial benefit; the compression cycle re-establishes on days the device is not used.

  • End of the working day is most effective — after compression has accumulated and before overnight rest. A lunch break session suits users whose afternoon pain begins before the day ends. Early morning use addresses residual compression from the previous day and is suitable for those with pronounced morning stiffness.

  • In the first one to three sessions, users typically notice the three mechanisms as distinct sensations — the airbag inflation, the heat across the lumbar region, and the vibration. Some report a mild sense of release during inflation if significant compression has accumulated. Cumulative benefit — reduced afternoon pain, improved morning mobility — registers across three to six weeks of consistent daily use.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of confirmed payment, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 4 to 6 business days to any UK address. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore 5 to 9 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates provided in good faith and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays.

  • Yes — we deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Remote or island addresses may require additional delivery time beyond the standard estimate. If you have a specific delivery concern regarding your address, contact us at support@glimnix.com before placing your order.

  • You will receive two emails: an order confirmation immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification with your tracking number once the order has been shipped. If you have not received a dispatch notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@glimnix.com.

  • First, use the tracking number in your dispatch email to check the current status of your delivery. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, or if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the dispatch notification, contact us at support@glimnix.com or call +44 7853 870893. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an update as quickly as possible.

Orders & Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase in pounds sterling (GBP). We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

  • Yes. An order confirmation email is sent automatically to the address provided at checkout after a successful purchase. It contains your order number, items, delivery address, and payment confirmation — retain it as proof of purchase. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.

  • Contact us immediately at support@glimnix.com or call +44 7853 870893 with your order number and the correction required. Orders can be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the dispatch process. Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed and the standard returns process will apply if the item is received incorrectly.

The Full Protocol — TiltSet Pro & LordoSet

  • TiltSet Pro is an ergonomic seat wedge cushion that corrects pelvic geometry at the point where the compression chain begins. Sustained seated work rotates the pelvis posteriorly — loading the lumbar discs from the first hour of sitting. The graduated wedge raises the rear of the seat, restoring anterior pelvic tilt and lumbar lordosis passively, throughout the entire working day. No adjustment required — it works by changing the geometry of the seated position itself.

  • LordoSet is a physio-designed lumbar support cushion that maintains the lumbar curve throughout the working session. Even with correct pelvic position established, lumbar musculature fatigues over four to six hours — causing the curve to collapse under load. LordoSet's structured multi-density foam holds the curvature the body can no longer sustain independently. It is positioned between the lower back and the chair back and used throughout the working day.

  • No. Each product functions independently. VerteSync Pro delivers end-of-day decompression without requiring either complementary product. TiltSet Pro and LordoSet reduce how much compression accumulates during the day — lessening what VerteSync Pro needs to address in the evening. The three together form a complete daily cycle, but VerteSync Pro is the primary device and works alone.

  • TiltSet Pro operates from the first hour — correcting pelvic geometry before the compression chain initiates. LordoSet operates through mid-session — maintaining the lumbar curve as musculature fatigues. VerteSync Pro operates at the end of the day — decompressing the vertebrae, restoring circulation, and releasing accumulated muscle guarding. Each stage is distinct; no product duplicates another.
